Huntsville, Ohio – Community Storage & Properties, Ltd.(COMSTOR) has agreed to purchase Liberty Acres Self Storage in Ada, Ohio. 

Liberty Acres Self Storage is a full service self storage provider founded and operated by Steve Woltz of (Woltz Properties, Ltd).  The two building, 76 unit site features: 5 x 10, 10 x 15, 10 x 20, and 10 x 30 units. In addition to individual storage units, the site includes a fenced perimeter for secured outside storage. The Liberty Acres storage center is located on the north side of Ada on St. Rt. 235 and is less than 2 miles away from Ohio Northern University. 

The addition of the Liberty Acres facility provides additional capacity and product offering to COMSTOR’s customers.  COMSTOR is now able to provide secured outside storage for boats, RV’s, and other recreation vehicles.

Existing Liberty Acres customers will receive updated information by mail including payment envelopes and a personalized folder with their unit information and updated policies and procedures.

COMSTOR is greatly looking forward to utilizing the Liberty Acres Storage Center to assist Ohio Northern University and the Ada community at large.
